The room was spacious, the rooftop bar Eter is gorgeous so is the food. The hotel is well located to explore the city. Some of the staff were super friendly as well. It was an overall comfortable stay, with great value for money. The breakfast is delivered to your room (that's cool), however do note it's basic but enough to get you started. The location was great. It is within walking distance to the popular beaches. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the made to order breakfast which was included in the stay. The size of the suite was amazing. We have a family of 4 and everyone had enough space. I would highly recommend it.

I loved the breakfast choices they offered the taste was great. The housekeeper was very helpful and gave extra towels and offered a change in sheets but we declined. The shuttle to the beach was very helpful.

I didnt like anything about it. The rating for this MOTEL is wrong. The area is in an unsafe area the parking is small. I wouldnt recommend anyone staying here

Good location. Everything was pretty close so we didnt spend a lot for transportation. The staff was very knowledgeable about nearby attractions.

Clean and large rooms with a comfortable bed, large TV and dining area. Good shower with hot water. We enjoyed having breakfast served to our room and the space to relax freely. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a lovely place but not worth the money tbh.

The hotel is 5 blocks away from the famous Santurce Art Walk area. There is a great view from the rooftop area. I like the breakfast being delivered to the room in the morning however the rooms are very small and the tiny table in the corner is built in and facing a wall so if there were two people in the room youd have no other choice but to eat on the bed. Would have been nice to have the option of eating at the rooftop tables

this is a very nice hotel in San Juan, located not far from the beach and some shops and restaurants, the hotel itself is very nice, rooms are very comfortable and equipped with a fridge and air conditioning, breakfast was good and tasty, there is even a parking, which is nice , the reception staff is very friendly and helpful, definitely a good choice.
